Iupilon/Novarex 的耐疲劳特性,呈现如图 3.8.1-1,2,3,4 所示那样的性能(测定法为定负荷 1000cycle/min 室温)。图 3.8.1-1 为拉伸压缩疲劳随试验片形状的变化。很明显形状对性能有很大影响,特别是切削加工的试样,切削的影响十分巨大。图 3.8.1-2 为拉伸压缩疲劳的结果,图 3.8.1-3 为弯曲疲劳的结果,图 3.8.1-4 为扭转疲劳的结果。无论那个试验,分子量增加的情况下,材料的耐疲劳性都得到了改善。回转弯曲疲劳(试验片为切削加工制作)时温度的影响如图 3.8.1-5 所示。温度低的情况下,疲劳界限会有一个大幅的提高。
